Mr. John Harris, ASA, MCMEA, CSBA, CM&AA, MCBC, BCA, GPPA, BAE, MBA, holds a certified general appraisal license in several states and has over 45 years of appraisal experience. For many years he served as the owner, director and key training instructor for the National Equipment and Business Builder’s Institute, and he has personally instructed over 1,000 business professionals coast-to-coast and worldwide in the techniques and methodologies of machinery and equipment appraisal and machinery and equipment brokerage. In addition, he has also instructed on the topics and techniques of Business and Real Estate for several national organizations.

Christopher Rials holds a National Master Certification in Machinery and Equipment Appraisal, by the prestigious NEBB Institute (National Equipment and Business Builders Institute), as well as a CSBA Certification as a Senior Business Analyst by the International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA). Mr. Rials has been performing Machinery and Equipment appraisals across the nation for over 10 years and acquired his Master Certification in this field in March of 2013. Our parent organization has been in business for over 40 years performing Business and Equipment Brokerage, Business Valuations, Machinery and Equipment Appraisals and Commercial Real Estate Appraisals both nationally and internationally.

As an ongoing member of the NEBB institute, Mr. Rials continues to meet the certification requirements to ensure he is up to date on the trends affecting machinery and equipment throughout the national markets. Mr. Rials works regularly for trusted advisors including Attorney’s, CPA’s, Business Brokers, and Financial Professionals. Mr. Rials puts strong emphasis on ethical guidelines and knowledge of U.S.P.A.P. (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).

Candice is the lead research analyst at Peak Appraisal Group, and works in commercial and residential real estate, equipment and machinery appraisals. 

She started her appraisal career in 1993, Working for Harris Appraisal Services, Inc. In 1997, Candice moved from Wichita, Kansas to to Bakersfield, California, where she now works as Consultant/Appraiser for Marketing and Consultant Services, Inc., and as a consultant for other certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisers.

Douglas Harris holds a General Appraisal License in multiple States with over 30+ years of appraisal experience.He has operated nationally in the appraisal field, particularly in Kansas, Texas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado and California.

He is a licensed real estate salesperson (license number SN00041993) in the State of Kansas. Along with real estate sales, Mr. Harris has acted as an investment counselor in real estate for several national firms. He has conducted real estate investigations involving title searches, mortgage research, and flood insurance reports.

Douglas L. Harris is a member of the American Academy of State Certified Appraisers, membership number 685. He is also Certified in Real Estate Litigation Management allowing him to be called on by the State and Federal courts as an expert witness in the field of real estate.
